How are photos shared with event attendees?

Photos are shared via a private gallery sent to attendees spotted on our platform. The galleries can be customized to reflect your branding or your client’s branding. The attendee receives only the photos they are in within a gallery branded for the event they are attending. You also have the option to select and share several curated Highlights photos with all attendees via their personal galleries.

Can I send photos to event attendees instantly through SpotMyPhotos?

Yes. For a true WOW effect, SpotMyPhotos allows photographers to deliver photos in as little as 2.5 seconds from snap to access upon the phone of the photo subject.

What if I want to share several of the event photos with everyone who attended?

Our Highlights feature allows photographers and event organizers to curate a collection of event photos that can be delivered to all attendees via their personalized galleries.

Can I use SpotMyPhotos for multiple events at the same time?

Yes, SpotMyPhotos allows multiple photographers and or photo booths to stream to the same event or multiple events at the same time. Guests only need to enroll once per event to privately receive their photos from any participating photographer.

Can I use SpotMyPhotos with my own photographer?

Yes! You can use our software with your own photography team. Our team will ensure that your photographer is onboarded and trained so they feel comfortable using SpotMyPhotos.

Can I customize the branding?

Absolutely! You can easily add your logo and event or sponsor branding to photos and galleries, creating a seamless, professional experience for your attendees.

Does SpotMyPhotos use facial recognition to spot?

Today, consent-based facial recognition is a core component in most–but not all–of SpotMyPhotos’ private photo delivery workflows. Being such an early pioneer of private automated photo sharing workflows, we have built our spotting engine to respect rules around the use of facial recognition that exist in different parts of the world and pride ourselves on our compliance with GDPR in Europe and state laws in the United States.

Can I collect data from attendees?

Yes. You can use SpotMyPhotos to collect emails, phone numbers, and answers to other survey-style questions as well, which can be shared with sponsors or used for future engagement. SpotMyPhotos will never use your attendee data for its own marketing purposes.
